Ok Folks, I scan zZounds nearly every day
looking for hot deals (both for you and for me!) There's some deals there that
they can't even mention the price publicly, because its so low. But I'm
not going to list things just because of price here. Lots of factors come
to mind that weigh equally--one of them being quality! So I'm only
going to list the Best of the deals.
I mean really, a mediocre piece of gear even at a super price is still, when you
get it home, mediocre! Conversely, a great piece is something you will
use for years and years, you'll be glad you bought it over and over again.

When considering price, remember that for large
items zZounds UPS ground shipping is free in the USA. If you buy outside
of Illinois, there are no sales taxes to pay. This can save you over 10% of a
walk-in store price. On some items that's the difference between a
mid-line and top of the line product.
